It's simple really.  Our philosophy and vision are one and the same:

Relationships, Not Websites.

Yep, we work for you... but we don't believe in the vendor/client relationship.  Instead we believe firmly that we are your partner, co-worker, colleague, and dare we say it... friend.  At Antharia, we only work with nonprofit organizations whose mission and vision we can stand firmly behind.

Keep it real.

We have spent thousands of hours developing our core suite of products but we honestly feel it would be conceited if we assumed, off the shelf, they we're perfect for EVERY organization out there.  That's why we build customization into every contract.  We call this the "non-conceited clause," which reads... "it would be conceited for us to assume our products match every organization's needs.  Because of this, we include in every contract customization based on our assessment and your overall needs."

Candid Direction.

We do not subscribe to the "the client is always right" phenomenon.  We have already told you that we don't do vendor/client - we are your partner and we lead by example, share by experience and guide your organization through the entire process.  Be prepared, we may ask you "why" a few thousand times... but find peace knowing that when we work with you, we tell you exactly what we're doing and why we're doing it. If you want us to, we'll even teach you everything we know about any of the subjects we cover.  We think it's that important, so just ask.

Be Good, Play Nicely with Others.

At the core of our all our products are two of the most powerful open-source languages and structures: PHP & MySQL. We realize that your organization may have internal legacy databases or relationships that you do want to maintain or contracts you can not break.  Because of this, we believe in sharing and being open: we call this "playing nicely with others".  Antharia's products have integrated seamlessly with GetActive, Convio, iMIS, Memex, MemberMaxx, FileMaker Pro, Access, and other third party/legacy systems.
