While we believe in a no strings attached approach, Antharia does have some terms and conditions for the oneFish packages.  Please read the following terms and conditions and if you have any questions, please call: 240-296-3424 and dial 0 for the operator.

3 Month Minimum Contract

While oneFish is month to month, your initial bill will include all setup fees and 3 months of service.  It is for this reason the minimum term is 3 consecutive months.  Discounts for signing longer term contracts are available, please inquire.  Also note that a valid credit card must be kept on file for those who opt to pay monthly.

Visual Services/Design

No design or visual services are included in the oneFish packages.  It is assumed that the user will provide Antharia WC3 validated and completed HTML/CSS files for setup in the oneFish system.  A number of online template/design companies are available.  Antharia maintains a small gallery of single use (meaning we won't sell the design to anyone else) templates, please inquire.  In addition, Antharia provides full architecture, usability and design services.  Please note that all oneFish packages come with up to 3 templates.

Annual Support vs. Block of Support

OneFish packages include no annual support.  Annual support is defined as a predetermined (such as 60, 100, 200) set of hours included in each clients contract.  This time is theirs to use as they see fit throughout the year.  Clients making use of OneFish's discounted pricing are not elligible for this discounted support.  You can however, purcahse a block of support for any of your web needs:

• 25 hours $110 per hour.
  
• 50 hors at $90 per hour.
  
• 100 hours at $70 per hour.
  

Unlimited Product Upgrades & Enhancements

Included in all oneFish and FortyFourFish packages are all base product and module upgrades and enhancements.  That means as we work to make our products and modules better you will benefit from their immediate release.

Training Included

Antharia offers all FortyFourFish customers free online training.  You may choose from any of the training sessions scheduled, or schedule private online training for your staff.  Please note, if you choose to schedule private training a minimum of 3 staff members must be present and a training fee of $375 will be billed to your account.

OneFish Communications Package: Data Import Procedure

Included in the oneFish pricing is a single import of your contact based data. A standard excel template will be provided for your preparation of your data.  No customization of onView CRM will occur, if you require customization, please inqure about FortyFourFish packages.  There is no limit on the number of records you can store in onView CRM, however, email communications are limited to 20,000 records per send (meaning 20,000 unique email addresses at one time).  For additional pricing for 20,000 plus simultaneous sends, please inquire.  Additional imports may be purchased for a one time fee of $895 each, whereas, the FortyFourFish system has an import tool built in for user access.  Learn more about data conversion and the import process.

OneFish Communications Package: Can Spam Compliance

Any user of the onDelivery system is expected to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM regulations.  On base installation the product, footers and information will adhere to these settings.  We recognize that your organization may have a great number of email addresses coming from a wide range of sources.  We do not require on import that the addresses be opt-in, but we suggest following one of our suggested worksheets on data clean up.  The FortyFourFish and OneFish system will only allow you to have 100 invalid emails in the system before access to onDelivery is blocked.  There are a number of tools and reports that will help you isolate these addresses.

Authorize.net Payment Gateway for ecommerce

An Authorize.net payment gateway account is required to transact credit card payments online.  The cost of the payment gateway is between $20-50 per month depending on your financial institution.  Antharia is an authorized Authorize.net partner and will guide you through any needed paperwork.  For users signing less than a 12 month contract, a $200 setup fee will apply.

Late Fees

For any OneFish user not paying via credit card, a $75 per month late fee will be charged for past due balances whereas, those paying by credit card will be billed automatically.  In  the case of any returned payment on check or credit cards, a $50 accounting and collections fee will be applied.
