SPAM: The Solution
The legal system has gone after the spammers the wrong way. Spammers do what they do because there are people out there whom will actually click on the links despite the fact that they know it's spam. The solution? Go after the people clicking on the links! There should be a fine for anyone whom clicks on a link in an obvious spam email or blog comment. If you eliminate the market, there'd be no money in it for the spammers. If there's no money in it for the spammers, the problem is solved!
Of course this would never actually happen and would not likely work even if it did, I'm just tired of spammers and want them to go away.
